For over three decades, I’ve worked across education design, leadership development, project management, social science and business — guiding people and organisations through change, complexity and growth.
But the turning point wasn’t what I learned. It was what I kept seeing.
Again and again, capable people weren’t stuck because they lacked information. They were stuck because they lacked clarity, alignment, and learning that fit real life.
