This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Veritex Spark™. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy in full.
This policy applies to the following digital subscription products:
• SparkPoint™ Monthly Subscription
• SparkPoint™ Annual Subscription
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscription purchases only. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original transaction date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via your account settings.
If cancelled within the first 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund under our guarantee.
If cancelled after 30 days, access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, however refunds are only available within the first 30 days of purchase unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Refund requests must be submitted by emailing support@veritexspark.com (or your nominated support email). This may be Stripe our trusted billing partner who processes all refunds.
Requests must include the purchaser’s name, email address used at checkout, product purchased, and transaction date.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
By completing a purchase, you agree that any payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals will be handled in accordance with Stripe’s dispute resolution procedures and card network rules.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Veritex Spark™ to resolve the issue may result in delayed resolution, restricted account access, or suspension of services.
Where a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to submit evidence including this policy, proof of access, and transaction records to Stripe and the relevant card network
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or remedy if the service has a major failure or does not meet consumer guarantees.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we reasonably believe this policy is being abused, including repeated refund requests across multiple subscription periods.
