You are invited to participate in a 30‑day pilot of Veritex Spark™, an interactive digital platform designed to improve your well‑being, leadership resilience, and financial confidence. We aim to evaluate how using Veritex Spark™ affects your emotional health, leadership capabilities, stress management skills, and financial behaviors over time.
1. Randomized Assignment
oYou will be randomly assigned to either start immediately (Intervention) or join after 30 days (Waitlist Control).
2. Five Online Surveys
(5–10 minutes each) at baseline, pre‑pilot, mid‑pilot, post‑pilot, and follow‑up, covering topics such as well‑being, leadership resilience, stress, motivation, and financial habits.
3. Platform Engagement
oIf in the Intervention group, you’ll engage with Veritex Spark™ daily through brief leadership exercises, resilience-building activities, financial planning modules, and reflection prompts.
