Foundational Scaffolding

First Spark™ helps you pinpoint and articulate your personal values - your North Star. From there, the World Changers Playbook™ sequences scaffolded challenges and guided reflections that stretch you just beyond your comfort zone (the Zone of Proximal Development).

What you do: Complete a values‑discovery assessment, then tackle four mini‑projects that translate each value into on‑the‑job and at‑home actions.

Why it matters: By gradually removing supports as you master each step, you gain confidence and independence, so values become second nature.

values and wellness challenges
Each month SparkPoint™ targets one core value (e.g., Courage) and one wellness practice (e.g., Mindful Movement). You receive a non narrated, 1–2 minute video plus a daily micro‑challenge for four weeks, then revisit that value again later in the year.  

What you do: Watch a visual prompt, then complete a focused habit (e.g., “Speak up for someone,” “Five minutes of calm”).

Why it matters: Small, consistent actions harness the spacing effect and habit‑formation science to cement positive routines.

Our Spark Library™  provides you with a range of 5‑Minute narrated deep dives into a broad array of topics on management, leadership and contemporary/emerging concepts, skills and knowledge.   Jump into an individual  Spark™  or a complete Spark Series.

Each  Spark™ ends with a concrete action step and a brief reflection prompt.

What you do: Listen to or watch a focused mini‑lecture, then apply one practical technique (e.g., a values‑aligned decision framework, a resilience ritual).

world Changers Playbook™ projects 

You’ll work through extended World Changers Playbook™ modules comprised of multi‑step challenges that integrate several values into complex, real‑world scenarios (team leadership, conflict resolution, innovation sprints).  

What you do: Collaborate on guided case studies, design and lead a 6 month project for your team or community.

Why it matters: These stretch assignments embed skills in authentic contexts, boosting mastery and creative problem‑solving.
