Veritex Spark™ grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials made available on its website or platform strictly for personal, non-commercial, and transitory educational use only. This licence does not transfer ownership of any content or intellectual property, and all rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Veritex Spark™. Intellectual Property Content Ownership and Responsibility

 All content provided through the Veritex Spark™ platform—including videos, downloads, written materials, assessments, and interactive elements—is either the original work of Veritex Spark™ and therefore copyright protected, or licensed appropriately for use. If any third-party instructors, facilitators, or contributors are engaged now or in the future, they are required to represent and warrant that all content they provide: Is their original work or is properly licensed; Does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party; Complies with all applicable Australian intellectual property laws and the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Where instructors or contributors choose to upload video content using HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) compression, they are solely responsible for ensuring that any required licensing fees or royalty payments to MPEG-LA or similar bodies are managed appropriately. Veritex Spark™ assumes no liability for intellectual property violations caused by third-party content providers.

Veritex Spark™ Pilot Programme

By registering for the Veritex Spark™ Pilot Programme, you are also agreeing to the following specific terms and conditions: 

Eligibility: This pilot is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Spaces are limited and may be subject to approval at Veritex Spark's™ discretion. 
Access: You will receive complimentary access to selected Sparks (5-minute microlearning units) during the pilot period. Access will be time-limited and non-transferable. 
Feedback Participation: By signing up, you agree to provide brief feedback via a short survey or email. Your feedback helps us improve future offerings. Privacy: Your name, email, and any optional details you provide will be stored securely and used solely for pilot communication, updates, and early access offers. We will never sell or share your information. 
Privacy Compliance: Veritex SparkTM complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By signing up, you consent to this use. 
No Payment Required: Participation in this pilot is free of charge and does not obligate you to purchase anything in future. 
Intellectual Property: All Spark content remains the property of Veritex Spark™ You may not reproduce, redistribute, or publish any material without permission. 
Right to Withdraw: Veritex Spark™ reserves the right to end, modify or withdraw access to the pilot at any time without notice.
